• Seconded to Sarawak Shell Berhad (SSB) as Senior NDT/Welding Inspector.
• Organize all type of courses to fulfill requirements of the oil, gas and
  Petrochemical industries related to engineering inspection and maintenance
  activities.
• Lead Inspector for Oil and Gas Industry for more than fifteen (15) years and
  have varied experience on Turnaround inspection of pressure vessels, boilers
  etc and Ultrasonic and General Inspection during fabrication and
  installation of platforms and pipe laying including maintenance of platforms
  and Plants.
• Handled plants and emergency shutdowns project nation wide.
• Involved in managing and arranging services in term of manpower and equipment
  in accordance with client contract
  requirements.
• Answerable to any of client comment and request for service including sourcing of manpower and expediting equipments and special service for clients nationwide.
• Experienced in arranging permits for expatriate personnel with local authorities such as immigration and labor Department.
• Experience in managing Turn Around comprised of repairs, modification or routine cleaning and inspection of Pressure Vessels such column, drums, heat exchangers, air cooler, piping, relief valves, flare stacks, furnaces and cooling towers.
• Experienced in managing works such as heavy lifting, refractory repairs, piping insulation and painting, stress relieving of alloy piping, used of heat exchanger bundle hydraulic puller and acquainted with inert gas vessel entry and procedures.

• Having 17 years experience in inspection activities.
• Involved in various major plant shut-down and on stream inspection as well
• Inspect various types of pressure vessels and piping components.
• Experiences in plant monitoring, plant corrosion survey, assessment of static equpment fitness,plant integrity assessment and revamp projects.
• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, management (EPCM) of oil and gas, petrochemical plant inspection/monitoring, RBI execution and shut down activities.
• Able and familiar in expedite of Code & Standard such as ASME, ANSI, API, Exxon Mobil General Specs, PTS etc.
